The organic growth the firm has successfully made in past decade is a testament to the vision the firm possesses. Starting with a humble background, the firm has successfully delivered its services to major business players of the country.

Core team and human resources

Core team of our firm is led by Mr. Yuddha Raj Oli, FCA, who is also the senior partner and founder of the firm. He has been ably supported by CA. Shikha Bagla, who is the partner of the firm and has almost a decade of association with the firm. CA. Kabita Shrestha is the audit manager who looks over the overall operation of the firm.

ECOVIS PYC & Associates has an adequate base of qualified audit professional with 18+ years of experience in the field of audit. They have gained expertise in the various avenues of auditing, accounting and allied services. Under the regular service of the firm, there are currently 12 Chartered Accountants and 35 other professional employees and 5 administrative and support employees who form the entire ECOVIS PYC & Associates family.

The firm also has a lot of in-house training programs to keep every staff up-to-date with the latest developments in the respective fields. The firm promotes its staff by encouraging them to participate in training programs including International training programs that are available.

With the revolutionary development in the field of technology which has made the entire world into a global market, we in the field of assurance and advisory services need to be updated about the same and efficiently use technology to provide quality services. Even in our firm we use the latest technologies, audit sampling techniques, various Computer Assisted Audit Techniques, Database queries, Spreadsheets etc. to deliver services to our clients. Not only this our employees are well versed with advanced to basic computer knowledge and have good knowledge about the various accounting software. While performing audit we carry out audit through the computer and maintain systematic details audit trails rather than audit around the computer.
