19. December 2025

- What motivated you to do a workcation?
I decided to take a workcation because I love getting to know new perspectives and work cultures. Since I support our international network, this was also a perfect opportunity to make new contacts, develop personally and professionally, and further improve my English. Doing all this in such a beautiful city as London is a fantastic bonus! - Did you feel productive during your workcations, i.e. did you get much work done?
I felt very productive because I used my breaks and free time after work to explore the city and connect with colleagues. I also used the weekend for longer trips. - Did you have any networking opportunities during your workcation?
Networking definitely didn’t fall short. For instance, I had lunch with different colleagues every day, which was a great way to discover the best restaurants and food stalls in the area. We also spent some evenings together after work. I would like to take this opportunity to once again say a big thank you for the wonderful hospitality. - Do you have any tips for individuals considering a workcation for the first time?
My main tip is: Don’t work from your hotel or apartment. Use the office to get to know your colleagues in person. The best part of a workcation is the exchange with local colleagues and the insights you gain from working side-by-side with them.
