All the specialists who work at ECOVIS BonsenReuling naturally do their utmost to provide the best possible service to clients. In spite of their efforts, there may nevertheless be times when the work they carry out does not entirely satisfy your wishes or requirements.

If you are not satisfied with the work we have carried out, please get in touch with your contact at ECOVIS BonsenReuling as soon as possible. If you would prefer to submit your complaint/comments to someone else, please contact the executive board of ECOVIS BonsenReuling by sending an email to marloes.kwak@ecovis.nl.
What will the executive board do?
The executive board will review your complaint and advise on the follow-up action to be taken. If necessary, in view of the nature and extent of the complaint, the compliance officer will also be involved in handling it. She will take any action that may be required, in accordance with the applicable guidelines.
All feedback is assessed carefully by ECOVIS BonsenReuling. If you would prefer to submit your complaint anonymously, you may do so. We will handle your complaint confidentially. Our aim is to resolve complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner and learn from them to improve the quality of our service.
