In 2025, Gvido Lošaks defended his PhD thesis on the recognition of the interests of groups of companies.

Gvido Lošaks holds the ICA Advanced Certificate in Governance, Risk and Compliance. He has also successfully completed specialised training at the Education Centre of the Latvian Association of Sworn Auditors on International Financial Reporting Standards.
