Short bio

Aivars has 20 years of experience and practice in providing legal assistance to his clients. Areas of expertise include M&A transactions, real estate transfer processes, public-private partnership transactions and litigation (also international arbitration proceedings).

Aivars holds a law degree from the Law faculty of the University of Latvia. He speaks Latvian, English and Russian.
