Claire Galea is a lawyer and Head of the Legal Team at ECOVIS Malta, with over 10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, taxation, compliance and regulatory matters. She advises local and international clients on company law, corporate governance and restructuring, intellectual property, as well as contractual and commercial matters.

Claire holds a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta, a Professional Certificate in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation, and a Certificate in Trusts Law and Management. She combines her legal, regulatory and compliance experience with a practical and commercially focused approach, working closely with clients and colleagues to provide effective solutions tailored to their needs.
