Short bio

Ivane Kutibashvili joined the company in 2019. Mr. Kutibashvili graduated from Tbilisi State University and holds a Master’s degree in Economics. He has fifteen years professional experience. He is specialized in audit of financial statements, performed in accordance with International Standards on Auditing as well as in other assurance services, corporate finance and internal audit.

Ivane Kutibashvili was Audit partner in BDO Georgia leading audit practice within the Company.

Ivane also has worked in JSC Foodmart (Spar Georgia) as Finance Director, Foodmart is one of the leading retailer in Georgia.

Mr. Kutibashvili is a member of Georgian Federation of Auditors and Accountants and is certified auditor.
