Nacime Tobni is a founding partner of Advance Avocats.

He is involved in all aspects of corporate law. He is particularly active in acquisitions, in particular in Private Equity (LBO/MBO) transactions, and in group reorganizations. Nacime is also a Lawyer registered with the Paris Bar Association as a “Real Estate Transaction Agent”.

Nacime Tobni has a Master in Business Law from the University of Paris XI / Sceaux and graduated with a DJCE/DESS in Business Law of the University of Poitiers of which he was Major (Magna Cum Laude) with a certification of specialization in corporate law.

He started his career with the French firm Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés for seven years, and then worked for almost four years with the firm Squire Patton Boggs (ex-Hammonds) prior to the creation of Advance Avocatsin 2012.
