Nikodem has 20 years’ experience advising and assisting companies and business in field of commercial law and litigation and arbitration. He is skilled and qualified to offer high standard comprehensive consulting and restructuring services. Special areas of expertise are M&A, renewable energy, construction law.

Nikodem holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw, Poland. In 2008, he was admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association of attorneys-at-law. He speaks Polish and English.
