Noreen has over twenty-seven years auditing (internal and external), and accounting experience and has managed audits in various sectors including financial services (banks, credit unions, securities broker dealers), investment funds, manufacturing, retail, non-profits, insurance companies and brokers, tourism, government and other entities.

She is a Chartered Accountant licensed with The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) and a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
