Ecovis has now a new legal member firm in Brazil

Donelli, Nicolai e Zenid Advogados – Member of ECOVIS International, is a law firm headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, which operates autonomously, independently, and exclusively in the provision of legal services, in strict compliance with the rules and ethical standards governing the legal profession in Brazil.

Donelli, Nicolai e Zenid Advogados, headquartered in São Paulo, became a member of ECOVIS International. Established in 2018, the firm operates independently and is composed of five partners, twelve lawyers, and eleven additional staff members. It provides legal services to domestic and international clients across multiple industries. Its practice areas include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, tax law, labour law, environmental law, regulatory advisory, and dispute resolution.
