ECOVIS Varlık is an accounting and consultancy firm that provides professional services in audit & assurance, tax advisory, accounting, and advisory services to local companies as well as multinationals.
The firm was established on September 20, 2019, and since establishment, the firm primarily focused on audit and assurance services for medium-sized and large companies, including publicly listed companies, across various industries. In addition to statutory audit services, financial reporting advisory, due diligence, internal control assessments, and business consulting services are offered, based on experience with both local and international clients.
ECOVIS Varlik handles cross-border assignments and group reporting processes for companies with international operations or foreign shareholders. The management team consists of professionals with over 20 years of experience in the audit and advisory sector, including experience at international audit firms, covering independent audit, financial reporting, and consulting services.
