Malta Residence and Visa Programme Regulations

The Malta Residence and Visa Programme was launched in 2015, providing international investors with the possibility of applying for a Malta Residence Permit. In fact, a certificate issued under this Programme would entitle the beneficiary, together with his registered dependents, if any, to reside, settle, or stay indefinitely in Malta.
