Short bio

Ana is an accomplished legal expert with extensive experience in leadership, negotiation, and labor law, currently serving as Head of the Legal Department at Ecovis Georgia. In addition to this role, she is the co‑founder of Legal Group, where she previously served as Director and led cross‑functional teams through complex legal matters. She is an active mediator, certified in both court and collective dispute mediation, working with the Ministry of IDPs, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia. Her academic contributions include serving as a guest lecturer at BTU, supported by international experience gained through Erasmus+ PhD scholarships and a legal traineeship at CMS Germany. Her professional background is strengthened by bar membership, mediation certifications, and active participation in key legal and mediation organizations.
