Loreta Andziulytė is a Partner and Attorney-at-Law at ECOVIS ProventusLaw, heading the firm‘s Data Protection, Employment and Corporate Commercial practices. With more than 20 years of experience, she advices Lithuanian, Latvian, Baltic and international clients on complex employment, data protection, corporate and commercial matters, particularly in the fintech, financial services, telecommunications and technology sectors.
Loreta advises employers on executive employment, workforce restructurings, collective redundancies, cross-border employment, employee mobility, remuneration structures, employment compliance, workplace investigations and employment litigation. She also advises multinational companies on implementing EU employment legislation, including the Pay Transparency Directive.
