I graduated in Business Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan (1997) and also attained a Master in Tax Law from the Bocconi University of Milan (2001). I am a member of the ODCEC of Milan (2001) and a member of the AIDC of Milan (2010). I am also a member of the Supervisory Board of the ECOVIS International network (2017). I have been a lecturer in the Ipsoa Master in Taxation since 2018 I gained my first professional experience at KSTudio Associato, a tax and fiscal consulting firm in Milan associated with the KPMG network, then at the tax department of the Chiomenti law firm in Milan.
I deal with tax and corporate consulting and assistance for commercial, industrial and financial companies. My areas of specialisation are extraordinary transactions, generational handovers, holding companies, private equity fund transactions, drafting appraisals of companies and intangible assets, transfer pricing analysis and tax litigation.
I enjoy travelling, sailing, windsurfing and skiing, and am also passionate about photography, curious and interested in cultural diversity, and have always been a strong believer in the motto: “He who does, makes mistakes, he who doesn’t, always criticises”, and I often make mistakes!
