Short bio

I graduated in Economics and Trade from the University of Genoa with a mark of 110/110. Registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Genoa since 1994. Registered in the Register of Auditors since 1996. From 2014 to 2016, I was a member of the “EU and International Taxation” study commission of the ODCEC of Genoa.I have been member of the “Corporate Law” study commission and of the Subcommission on Corporate Governance of the ODCEC of Genoa since 2017.

My areas of specialisation are: advising companies on national and international taxation (Transfer Price), extraordinary transactions and governance; drafting expert reports for company and corporate valuations; service as director and auditor.I have held and still hold numerous positions on the boards of auditors and boards of directors of listed and unlisted companies.

I enjoy tennis and kayak in my spare time. I was Vice President of the Genoa TCG for several years. I was also auditor for the Genoa section of the LILT for many years. I help various foundations.
