Short bio

I graduated in Economics and Trade from the University of Genoa 1982. I joined the ODCEC of Genoa in 1984. I held the position of administrative analyst of a corporate group for three years and subsequently worked as head of administration and finance. I have been a member and founding partner of ECOVIS STLex since 1991.

I work mainly in the fields of corporate law and tax law, in which I have gained significant experience assisting Italian and foreign companies and investors in M&A, LBOs and other extraordinary transactions. I specialise in contractual consulting and tax planning in private equity transactions, and in the sale and purchase of companies and businesses. I act as auditor and/or director in listed and unlisted companies, banks and other financial intermediaries, and have extensive professional experience in tax appraisals and litigation.
