Short bio

David has over 20 years of experience in tax and business consulting. Areas of expertise include advising subsidiaries of foreign companies on corporate law obligations and structuring for establishment in Australia, and advising high-net-worth family groups and SMEs across a diverse range of industries on structural, tax efficiency, R&D and planning issues.

David holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Macquarie University in Sydney, degrees in both Science and Architecture from the University of Sydney, a postgraduate Diploma of Management, and is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
