Rosario has 18 years of experience assisting SMEs and Multinationals to expand their operations overseas. Areas of expertise include company establishment, international taxation and compliance. He has assisted clients from a wide range of industries in Manufacturing, Service, Trade and TECH.

Rosario holds a Master degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna and a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and French.
