Francisco has more than 30 years of experience representingcompanies and businesses. Areas of expertise include Public utilities; development and negotiation of contracts & agreements, energy- and construction-related bid conditions and tendersin LATAM; international arbitration; Business Law consultancy; trust structuring and administration. Francisco hold a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and a postgraduate specialization course at University of Buenos Aires School of Law in Oil and Gas Law. He speaks Spanish and English.
