Short bio

I graduated in Economics and Trade from the University of Turin 1990. I have been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants since 1994 and the Register of Auditors since 1999. After graduating I spent four years working at the auditing company Ernest & Young as an Auditor. Subsequently, I spent two years with a banking group, during which I worked as a tax consultant. At the end of this experience, I worked with the legal and tax consultancy firm associated with Ernest & Young, where I assisted national and multinational groups in reorganisation operations and M&A activities for five years. I then became partner of the Valenti Tax and Law Firm before coming to ECOVIS STLex in 2016, following the merger of the two firms.

I am mainly involved in tax and corporate consulting for Italian companies belonging to national and multinational groups. I handle corporate taxation, extraordinary transactions and M&A and I am specialised in corporate restructuring and reorganisation.
