Short bio

Degree in Law from the University of Milan (1996) Registration with the Milan Bar (2000) Master’s Degree in Financial Market Law from the University of Milan (2003).Registration in the Special Register of Cassation Lawyers (2015).

I am a lawyer and I operate mainly in the field of corporate, commercial and business law, with particular specialisation in the negotiation and drafting of: contracts for the sale and purchase of company shareholdings, companies and real estate (including hotels), shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures and business contracts. I also assist in the preparation and implementation of Organisation, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, holding numerous positions in Supervisory Bodies (SB). I also deal with ordinary and corporate litigation at all levels of jurisdiction.

I have developed excellent relational abilities and skills within the practice of my profession, which I have always carried out within associated professional firms, participating in and now leading work teams, as well as in the field of sport, managing an FIGC-affiliated football team for almost twenty years, both as an executive and for years as a coach.I also learnt a lot from my experience as a Second Lieutenant in the Carabinieri, where I served for 15 months (1994-1995) at the Lazio Battalion (Rome) during my compulsory military service.
