Luis Fernando has extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sector. He served as Head of Legal at a multinational construction company, with involvement in major projects.

He has extensive experience in EPC, FIDIC, turnkey and alliance contracts, PMG joint ventures, consortia, SCPs and other structures commonly adopted in the construction and infrastructure sector, as well as in structuring and updating compliance programs, contract administration, dispute resolution, implementation of dispute boards (dispute prevention committees) and crisis management.
