Graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Banking (specialisation: Corporate Finance and Accounting) at the Warsaw School of Economics. Until 2013, he worked at KPMG Audyt, where, as key statutory auditor, he was responsible for auditing financial statements prepared in accordance with the Accounting Act and IAS. Prior to that, he also successfully gained experience with major financial market players such as PKO BP.
He has extensive experience in IPOs, audits of reports of companies listed on the WSE and other auditing services (examination of the use of EU funds, accounting opinions, consulting). During his career at KPMG, he was also involved in IAS implementation projects, mergers and demergers of companies, or preparation of consolidation packages. In addition, he was involved in the development of the organisation, often taking part in the recruitment of experienced employees to the audit department. He specialises in services for companies in the service and commercial sector (consumer markets).
As an experienced manager in the audit team, he was responsible for providing services to large Polish capital groups, but also foreign clients reporting under IFRS and budget entities (Universities, Research Institutes). He has also conducted audits of projects financed from EU funds (e.g. from such programmes as: POKL, 3.1, 8.2).
