Short bio

I graduated in Business Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan in 1989. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991 and as an Auditor in 1995. Consultant to the Judge at the Court of Turin. I am a member of the Marketing Board of the ECOVIS International network (2017) and a member of the ECOVIS STLex executive committee. I gained my first three years of professional experience at Studio Pagliero-Manzoni in Turin and continued for another seven years at Studio Zucchetti. I have been a partner at ECOVIS STLex – STUDIO LEGALE since 1999.

Together with my colleagues at the firm, I handle corporate, tax, contractual, organisational and business consulting services for medium-sized national and international companies and groups. I specialise in governance and audit activities as a member of various boards of directors and statutory auditors. I also handle corporate and group reorganisation transactions, the Italian operations of multinational companies, extraordinary finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and public sector corporate advisory and assignments. I am an expert in M&A advisory, company valuations, management control and business planning. I provide support for new ventures and investments, particularly in the renewable energy sector.

I believe in the importance of teamwork and exercise my profession with care and diligence. I am open to change and passionate about technological and process innovation. I am attentive to the needs of businesses and entrepreneurs, youth development and gender equality. I believe in a fairer and more just world and in solidarity, which is why I have been actively supporting Action Aid for over 25 years.
