Short bio

Hello, I’m Michael. Having graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2013, I joined a mid-tier London law firm working in their Finance team. After two years in industry, interrupted by a short trip following the 2013 Ashes Tour of Australia, I joined Ecovis in 2015 where I trained and qualified three years later. I’m now managing a portfolio of clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses through to international private equity backed groups. I assist with, and advise on, a range of matters including cross-border due diligence, business valuation, and statutory audit.

My ultimate goal is to make a client’s life easier. I want to provide alternative ideas and strategies to help their business prosper. Statutory reporting requirements can be both challenging and demanding, so I help to alleviate this burden so that they can focus on the the wider business performance.

I love working with a variety of clients, understanding their industry sector and sharing ideas from experiences with other businesses. It’s rewarding to see clients grow, both organically and through M&A, to help them achieve their greater goals.
