With over 21 years of financial and business leadership experience, Rahat brings a wealth of expertise to KRW. Beginning his career at Deloitte, he later joined EY as Manager - Assurance services. Rahat has held key leadership roles in both private and public sector entities, specializing in the telecom, energy, public policy, and power sectors. Joining KRW in 2019 as a Partner, he focuses on public financial management, corporate advisory services, and business consulting. Rahat's consultancy extends to areas such as public financial management, corporate governance reforms in the public sector, and enhancing efficiency in public sector organizations. Notably, he has contributed to government committees, including drafting, and implementing the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Financial Management Act 2022. Rahat's extensive experience encompasses policy framework preparation, governance assessments, financial management, and strategic financial modeling. Additionally, he serves as a seasoned corporate trainer, conducting successful courses and workshops nationwide on financial management and literacy.
