Mr. Waheed, a seasoned finance professional, with over 22 years of finance and taxation expertise. Proficient in Taxation, Financial Reporting, and corporate compliances, he combines technical acumen with strategic advisory skills. His track record showcases regulatory compliance, strategic financial insights, and optimized tax strategies across diverse sectors, including the complex oil and gas industry. Starting his career in 2001, Mr. Waheed has mostly worked in professional firms. He was associated with Khalid Majid Rehman, chartered accountants and as Senior Manager, KPMG Pakistan before becoming a partner at Khilji & Co. in 2019, later transformed into Khilji Rahat Waheed Chartered Accountants. In 2025, he assumed the role of Managing Partner at KRW. In addition to his professional engagements, he also serves as a visiting faculty member at COMSATS University.
