Roxi was formed to acquire and develop oil and gas assets, principally in Kazakhstan. It listed on AIM in 2007.

Issue

We were approached by Roxi Petroleum since the company had a head office in London, but no in house finance function.

Solution

We acted as their finance department and also functioned in the audit support role. We provided outsourced tax and accounting services for the UK parent company including preparation of financial statements and tax disclosures for their auditors, BDO Stoy Hayward.

Currently

Roxi Petroleum Plc eventually appointed an in house finance director.
